ORDERS & SHIPPING
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in All orders are fulfilled within 1 business day of the order date, Purchases made after 12 PM EST may not be shipped out until the next business day. You will receive an email/sms with tracking details once your order has been dispatched from our UK warehouse. All delivery times below are in business days.

Depending on your shipping location, orders to countries outside of the UK may be subject to VAT, import taxes, and other fees charged by your local customs authority and/or postal courier. Please note that any VAT, import taxes, or other fees are incurred from your customs office/government and NOT aapex watches. Customs processing varies in each country so if you have any questions please reach out to your local customs office. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for free within 30 days. Please note that items returned within 30 days can only be refunded to the original payment source. Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from aapex website. Returned items must be received in new, unused, and re-sellable condition. The original packaging and any protective coverings and product information must still be on the product and in the packaging. Returns that are soiled, damaged, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer .If you are returning an item for exchange, our team will need to confirm the item you would like to receive instead. As soon as your returned package is processed, we will reach out with details regarding the exchange.
Returned items that were purchased as gifts will be dealt with on an individual basis.

Once we receive your returned item we aim to process it straight away although this may take up to seven days. Refunds will take up to 5 business days to clear but may take longer to appear on bank or credit card statements.
Items that require repair may take up to four weeks to process but are usually much quicker.

WARRANTY / CONTACT
We offer a 2 year limited warranty that covers any manufacture defects for 2 years after the original purchase date. If the watch parts or mechanics don't work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft.
