Orders placed before 2pm GMT will usually be dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)

We offer a 2-year limited warranty that covers any manufacture defects for 2 years after the original purchase date. If the watch parts or mechanics don't work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. More questions?
It means your watch has not been shipped out yet but we have received your payment. Once your receive the tracking number, the status will change to fulfilled.
All our watches & accessories are shipped from our UK fulfilment centre.
Orders are fulfilled the same to next day. You will receive confirmation of shipment via email / sms.
In general, most orders outside of the USA there will be no import charge. However, there is always a chance that your order can be subjected to a customs fee in your country (ex:EU). If this happens, we are not responsible for covering these charges.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from the AAPEX website and items must be received in new, unused and re-sellable condition. The original packaging and protective coverings and tags must still be on the product and in the packaging.
Any shipping costs of returned items are non-refundable
You can return any product if not 100% Satisfied so long as.
A - Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your original order.
B -Your watch is undamaged, in re-sellable condition, (i.e. no creases on band), and in their original packaging.
