All of our design and prototype work is done in manchester, united kingdom. The production of our watches is done in Shenzhen, China by watchmakers with many years of experience producing high-quality men`s timepieces.

Returns 

You have a 14-day return window to decide if you’re 100% Satisfied with your AAPEX Watch. To request a refund, simply email support@aapexwatches.com – provide your Order number and the reason for Requesting a refund. You should expect a reply from customer service within 24 to 48 hours. To receive a full refund, we will require the Watch back, in the condition as you received it, using a tracked courier service and returned to the address details given over email correspondence from our customer service team. The watch must be in its original condition as you received it. If anything is compromised (ex: used metal strap, scratches from use, missing silicone strap), then it will not be made liable for a full refund. Some returned watches may be subject to a restocking fee at our discretion, depending on the condition of the product & packaging. In the unlikely situation, a product is defective and you are requesting a refund, we will require video confirmation and the original product returned back.​​We suggest you use a tracked parcel service for return. Once the package has been received, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, as well as receiving a notification by email.

Warranty

Under this limited warranty, your watch’s parts and quality are guaranteed under abnormal use for 24 months from the date of purchase. If you become aware of a defect in components or quality during this time, AAPEX will, at its discretion, provide for repair or replacement of your watch following the terms and conditions. If your watch’s or any part original to your collection is not available, a substitute of the same value may be provided for purposes of repair or as a replacement.

 

To obtain repair or replacement of your watch under this warranty, please contact email support@aapexwatches.com to receive additional instructions. 

 

If you mail your watch for repair or replacement, you must ensure it is packaged carefully to avoid any damage during shipping. Please do not include any special watchband or any other item of personal value in the shipment, as we cannot guarantee its return. 

 

Although you will not be charged for repair or replacement under this warranty, you may be required to cover the costs of packaging and mailing your watch to us, as well as the costs of return shipping and handling. If it is determined that the warranty is void or does not apply, you may be charged for part or all of any repair or replacement. If the battery in your watch is depleted at the time of repair or replacement, you may be charged for a replacement battery.   

 

 

This limited warranty does not cover the following: - Batteries, straps, bands, bracelets, or crystals - Damage of any kind, if there is evidence that the damage was caused by accident, improper use, or mishandling of any part of the watch or any accessories, handling that, is inconsistent with the instructions or guidelines included with your watch, lack of proper care, or improper maintenance, tampering, abuse, wear and tear, or any factor other than a defect in the watch’s parts or quality.   

 

Damage resulting from repair, service, or alterations by anyone other than AAPEX or service provider is not covered under this warranty, and it will void the warranty.

 

 

 ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, ARE LIMITED TO 24 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.  AAPEX IS NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.  

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.aapexwatches.com  PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device.
